Investing in our future
In our Youth Ministry, our mission is to help kids find their way back to God, connect with others, and contribute to changing the world. We believe that kids have the capacity to walk intimately with God, and we love to see them learn about Him and connect with Him through Bible stories, songs, and crafts.
Who's Involved?
Every Sunday morning we provide a safe environment for kids, from birth through high school, where they can learn about Jesus and connect with each other.
Our volunteers are the heartbeat of our ministry, and it’s an honor to serve with each and every one of them as they love on kids each week! Every volunteer who leads in the Youth Ministry has had a background check and is committed to making the ministry a safe, Biblically relevant, and fun environment for your kids.
"Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court."

How should I prepare my kids?
Each Sunday, children go to their age appropriate classes.
For children 5 years of age and under, parents are to walk them to and pick them up from the nursery. For elementary age children, they meet at the back of the sanctuary with their assigned teachers. As a group they walk together to their classroom and return when class ends, usually to join us for worship after the sermon. Middle and High school age students are currently remaining in the sanctuary and listening to the sermon.

**CURRENT NEEDS**
As we have recently had a couple new families make RRC their home, we are happy to report that we need teachers for our nursery, and elementary and middle school age children. Please reach out to us if you are interested in helping meet this important need.
